The rules.

Oneirio is a software service that uses AI to interpret dreams through five frameworks (Jungian, Freudian, modern psychology, cultural, and mystical). It is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not therapy, medical advice, or fortune telling.

You can use the first dream interpretation without an account. To save dreams or unlock Premium, sign up with an email. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

• Use Oneirio to harass others, post illegal content, or describe content involving minors in sexual contexts.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or mass-extract content from the service.
• Share your account with others or resell access.
• Attempt to break our rate limits or cost us money in bad faith.
• Pretend Oneirio is therapy and rely on it for medical decisions.

Violations get warnings, then suspension, then termination. Egregious violations (CSAM, credible threats) get immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

Interpretations are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. They are not predictions of the future. They are not substitutes for licensed mental health, medical, or legal advice. Use with judgment.

• Premium tiers are recurring (weekly or annual). Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before trial end.
• Cancel anytime in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at end of current period.
• 30-day money-back guarantee on first subscription. After that, refunds at our discretion.
• Lifetime tier is one-time, non-refundable after 30 days.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their price.

You own your dream content. We own the Oneirio name, logo, code, and the interpretation prompts. By submitting a dream, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI providers solely to deliver your interpretation. Aggregate, anonymized statistics may be used to improve the service.

Oneirio is provided “as is.” We're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service beyond the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation; in those, your statutory rights prevail.

If your dream describes severe distress or self-harm ideation, we may show resource cards alongside your interpretation. We do not call emergency services or contact you outside the app. If you are in crisis, please call 988 (US), Samaritans 116 123 (UK/EU), or visit findahelpline.com.

Latvia (EU). For EU consumers, your home-country consumer protection laws apply per Rome I Article 6.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
