Rica is the solo founder of Oneirio, based in Riga, Latvia. Before building consumer AI products, he ran a sports tipping channel of 18,000 members on Telegram. He builds things he wants to use himself, ships out of Europe on a Northern-time-zone schedule, and answers every email personally.

Rica is the solo founder of Oneirio. He built it from Riga, Latvia, on a schedule sandwiched between a daytime sports tipping practice — a Telegram channel he's run for years with around 18,000 members — and the night hours where the consumer-AI product gets shipped. He's the wrong person to build a dream interpretation app on paper: no spirituality background, a lifelong skeptic about the supernatural, a five-hour-sleep schedule. He built it anyway because he believes consumer AI is doing to spirituality and journaling what Co-Star did to astrology, and the first builder who shows up with sharp writing and a clean app wins. Rica writes every prompt, designs every screen, and reads every email. He answers in English, Latvian, and German. He has never raised money. He has no plans to.
